Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take an extra 1-2 days; we will email you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. The estimates below are in business days and do not include order processing time.

  • United States: Standard $4.99 - FREE on orders of $30.00 and up - 4-6 business days
  • Canada: Standard $8.99 - 4-5 business days
  • United Kingdom, Japan: Standard $9.99 - 5-6 business days
  • Australia, Sweden: Standard $12.99 - 4-5 business days
  • Finland, Ireland, Singapore, Andorra, Croatia, Jersey, Slovakia, Slovenia: Standard $15.99 - 5-6 business days
  • Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania: Standard $17.99 - 6-8 business days
  • Rest of the world: Standard $25.99 - 8-15 business days

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Prices at checkout do not include customs duties or import taxes. Any fees charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier first and then contact us.
